who is now working as my assistant in the newly launched Superior Property North Coast.
I started my real estate career in 2002 with the Professionals Coffs Harbour then Pacific
Property Sales and have spent the past 12 years working with LJHooker in Woolgoolga.
I specialize in the beachside area of Emerald Beach [east of the highway] where I have sold
101 properties to date and a further 21 properties on the west side of the highway. For the
past 6 years I have leased the commercial windows space in Fiddaman Road to advertise
properties for sale in Emerald Beach. I maintain a data base for this area of interested
buyers and sellers with more than 2500 contacts, and I send updates weekly to 450 email
subscribers.

We viewed the house that we eventually bought during an open house. We resided over 8 hours away so the majority of our transactions were done via phone and email. Dave was always responsive, generally taking my calls first time, or returning them within 1/2 hr. He was always positive and very friendly.
